Complete Registration Forms

Purchase Program:

Download Program Materials

Download all the following Program Materials and PRINT (as noted)  prior to the Program:

1. Click Here to download ‘Client File’, then PRINT prior to the Program.
2. Click Here to download ‘Client Worksheets’, then PRINT prior to the Program.
   Note:  If you are unable to print your downloaded files, click Here and send Bright Outcomes Team a message on our Contact Us page to inform us you are unable to print as soon as possible after registering.
3. Click Here to download the movie “Flight” Access Instructions. 

Test Audio and Video in Zoom

1. Click Here to join a Zoom Test Meeting.
   Note:  Your Reality Check Web Weekend Zoom Link will be e-mailed to you from Team@BrightOutcomes.net approximately 1 week prior to your Program Date.
2. Click Here for instructions about testing the audio and video in Zoom in the Zoom Test Meeting.

Program Schedule

 Arrive:  Saturday 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Web Day:  Saturday only)

• Arrive:  Sunday 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Breaks and meal breaks during both Program days
